Failure to supply satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Where bdbaju has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder has provided false eligibility information — including misrepresenting their age — the Company may void all bets placed, confiscate all winnings, and close the account without prior notice. bdbaju may also refer the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
§ 3 Account Registration & Management
Each player may hold only one registered account on bdbaju. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent limits, claim bonuses more than once, or for any other purpose — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bdbaju may close all but the first registered account, void any bonuses or winnings accrued on duplicate accounts, and restrict the player from future registration.

§ 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bdbaju wallet within a few seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card-based deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. In exceptional cases involving payment provider delays or technical issues, processing times may be longer. bdbaju is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in your account cashier.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed on the same day. Requests submitted after that time are processed the following business day.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved. Withdrawing your deposited balance is permitted at any time, but doing so before completing a bonus wagering requirement will forfeit any associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
- bdbaju reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in any rolling seven-day period.
All funds in your bdbaju account must originate from sources lawfully owned by you. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — is strictly prohibited unless the account holder has been granted documented power of attorney. Suspicion of third-party funding may result in account suspension and investigation.
bdbaju does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own charges independently of bdbaju. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.
§ 5 Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus Terms: Each promotion offered by bdbaju is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over the general bonus guidelines set out in this section.
bdbaju offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses of up to ৳20,000, weekly reload bonuses, BPL season special offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal events aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day, and Victory Day. All promotional offers are subject to the conditions set out below and any additional terms stated on the individual promotion page.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdbaju bonuses:
- One bonus per player, per promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per verified player account. Claiming a bonus via duplicate accounts, shared devices, or shared payment methods will result in the bonus being voided.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x applied to a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at lower rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Validity period: All bonuses have a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted wagering requirements and any associated bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- Bonus abuse: bdbaju employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated group play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdbaju reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.
bdbaju reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already accepted and in active use by a player at the time of the change. Players who believe a promotion has been applied incorrectly to their account should contact support via live chat within 48 hours of the relevant transaction.
§ 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using bdbaju, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbaju platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.

bdbaju reserves the right to investigate any account where suspicious activity is detected and to suspend access to the account during the course of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, bdbaju may close the account permanently, void all pending bets, and confiscate the account balance in proportion to the harm caused by the prohibited conduct.
§ 7 Account Suspension & Closure
You may close your bdbaju account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before account closure is processed, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card) following completion of identity verification. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may not be refundable.
bdbaju may suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the account.
- At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
